all in stock items within 24 hours of order receipt. Shipping

is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return it to us with a copy of our invoice within
60 days. We will gladly offer you an exchange, a refund,

We opened our store in Mass. in 1997, followed quickly
by our catalog and web site later that same year. Now

did you get the name 13 Cats?
The woman who
started 13 Cats previously provided "foster care"
in her home for a local non-profit organization. She took
in new "Mom Cats" and their adorable new kittens
and cared for them until they were old enough to be adopted.
She cared for 13 Cats in all and ironically, 13 is also
her lucky number! So,.....that's how we got our name...13
Cats!

Redeeming a gift certificate at 13 Cats is really easy!!
To redeem
your gift certficate, please go to our web site and place
your order. In the payment section of our order form, select
13 Cats gift certificate or giveanything.com gift certificate.
On the next page, you will be asked to provide us with the
gift certificate number. If your purchase exceeds the gift
certificate amount, please call us at 800-731-1303 or email

with your credit card # and expiration date, and we'll be
